Terms & Conditions

These Terms explain the rules for downloading, accessing, and using TinkSnap.

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TinkSnap mobile application, which is provided by Cinder Code LLC.

By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing content through, or using TinkSnap, you agree to these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian permitting a child to use TinkSnap, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and are responsible for supervising the child’s use of the app.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use TinkSnap.

2. Eligibility and Parental Supervision

TinkSnap is designed for children and families. Children should use the app with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Purchasing opportunities and external links are placed behind a parental gate intended to help prevent children from accessing those areas without adult involvement.

Parents and guardians are responsible for managing device settings, store-account controls, purchase permissions, and access to any content saved or shared from the device.

3. License to Use TinkSnap

Subject to these Terms, Cinder Code LLC grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use TinkSnap on devices that you own or control, in accordance with the applicable app store’s usage rules.

TinkSnap is licensed, not sold. This license does not transfer ownership of the app or any of its content to you.

TinkSnap may be used only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless Cinder Code LLC gives you prior written permission for another use.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit TinkSnap or its underlying content.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of TinkSnap, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Remove, conceal, or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices.
  • Extract, package, or redistribute TinkSnap’s artwork, shapes, sounds, animations, characters, interface elements, or other assets as standalone files.
  • Use TinkSnap in a way that violates applicable law, infringes another person’s rights, interferes with the app’s operation, or attempts to bypass purchase protections or parental gates.

5. Premium Purchase

TinkSnap offers an optional, one-time Premium in-app purchase that unlocks additional content and features described within the app at the time of purchase.

Premium is not a subscription. Once successfully purchased, the Premium entitlement is intended to remain associated with the store account used to complete the purchase, subject to Apple App Store or Google Play rules and availability.

Future optional content packs, expansions, or separately identified products may be offered for an additional purchase. Purchasing Premium does not automatically include future products that are clearly presented as separate purchases.

6. Billing, Restoration, and Refunds

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. Cinder Code LLC does not directly process your payment-card details.

Prices, taxes, payment authorization, purchase restoration, family sharing eligibility, refunds, and billing disputes are governed by the policies of the store through which you made the purchase.

Where available, you may use the Restore Purchases feature inside TinkSnap to restore an eligible Premium entitlement associated with the same store account.

Requests for refunds must generally be submitted to Apple or Google, because those platforms process the transaction.

7. Your Creations

You may save and share images of creations you make using TinkSnap for personal purposes.

You retain rights in any original creative arrangement or expression you contribute to a creation, to the extent those rights exist under applicable law.

Saving or sharing a creation does not transfer ownership of TinkSnap’s artwork, shapes, sounds, characters, animations, templates, interface elements, software, or other underlying app content.

You may not extract or redistribute TinkSnap assets separately, represent them as your own standalone assets, or use them to create a competing asset library, application, product, or service.
